Join us for a Valentine’s Dinner of Japanese/French flavors wrapped in delectable dumplings. Our guest chef, Marja Samsom, will start the evening with a demonstration of dumpling making and guide everyone in composing salmon tartare dumplings. Get a sneak peek in Marja’s video below.

The evening will be highlighted by surf and turf dumpling creations. And, Marja’s infamous chocolate dessert dumplings. Throughout the evening, you will enjoy wines selected by Hudson Wine Merchants.
