Tannery Bar

by Ryan Salinetti in Food and Wine

The Tannery is a 'neighborhood bar' located in Portland, Oregon at the base of Mt. Tabor. Their focus is on craft cocktails, artisanal spirits, beer and wine, accompanied by a tasty bar menu. Chef/Owner Caleb McBee (Skin & Bones, Apotheke) has discovered some crowd favorites that have become staples (a great Monte Cristo sandwich, Spanish Tortilla, Steak & Fries, etc.), but keeps the rest of the menu rotating. Weekend dj's add to the eclectic sounds you'll hear the rest of the week from the Tannery's own record collection.
